[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #9769: Organisation in mail header should be Organization

Problem:
RFC 1036 describes that Organization is spelt with z, not s, see chapter 
2 and 2.2.8. According to RFC 2076 chapter 3.7 spelling Organization 
with s is "non-standard".

Solution:
Change mail-Header "Organisation" from s to z.

Notes:
The class variables are unchanged to not break backwards compatibility. 
As this RFC is a real no-brainer code-wise, I expect 2 +1 on reading is 
enough.
