[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14830: htmlArea RTE: Entering line breaks with Safari not possible

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
How to reproduce:
* Open a blank RTE (without any content) with a current Safari Browser
* Type some text and press enter to create a new paragraph
* Now try Shift+Enter again => produces a new paragraph

Case encountered in Safari 5. The issue does not arise in Chrome.

Solution:
Override the default handling done by Safari.
