Problem:
Now that the Scheduler has been is use for several months, a variety of 
issues arose that could have been avoided with some notes in the 
documentation.

Solution:
Improve the manual. See attached text file with a summary of the changes.

Notes:
The screenshots will be updated (due to new skin) in a separate RFC.
