[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #14691: htmlArea RTE: Hitting ENTER in absence of block element may produce non-valid html in non-IE browser

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
In non-IE browsers, if the cursor is positioned in a some text that is 
not contained in any block element, but is surrounded by block elements, 
hitting ENTER key produces non-valid html, the surrounding blocks being 
wrapped in paragraphs.

Solution:
Avoid wrapping surrounding blocks.
