[TYPO3-core] RFC #14555: early thrown debug messages are not visible (BE only)

Really funny, I was exactly facing this problem with a ext_update script in the ExtManager. Now I 
get my output message within the ExtJS console. Nicely formated with Array, as well. Thanks!
