[TYPO3-core] RFC: #13133: File list cancel button does not respect returnUrl

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
If you call file_edit.php from any script like
file_edit.php?target=[filepath]&returnUrl=[returnUrl]

only the save buttons lead to redirect to the returnUrl, the cancel 
button makes a call to
top.goToModule("file_list");

Solution:
When returnUrl exist make the redirect.
