Text after each @param is explicitly allowed and recommended by CGL (http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/core-documentation/doc_core_cgl/4.3.2/view/1/3/#id2414940)

Core uses this style now. I understand where your point comes from and I support it. However core does not use this right now and we may not ~require~ that. Tolleiv's code conforms to CGL in this particular case.
