[TYPO3-core] RFC: #11396: redirects not working for felogin on pages with access set

Indeed I "suffer" from the same problem. I tested this patch but didn't 
observe any change of behavior. It may be my setup, as the felogin 
extension is under-documented.

As far as I can see, the ###REDIRECT_URL### is always empty in my setup. 
Is there something to do in TS or the flexform so that this is not the 
case anymore?
