[TYPO3-core] RFC #6872: Add suggest-like feature to TCEforms

Hey,

thanks for everybody to work on this. This patch was in here since Jan 2008!

One question though: Should we work on adding this feature for some 
default fields automatically ("pages => Shortcut to page", "pages => 
Sysfolder") etc... What do you think?
