[TYPO3-core] RFC: #12372: install: Login form message is shown as warning

Hi,

before my session handling in the install tool, which adds a real
"error" case (when the session expires), this message was an "Error"
(Enter the password).

So I changed it to a warning in order not to change it too much and keep
it as an important information (and also because we needed that change
in 4.2 and 4.1).

I would +1 to turn it into an "info" in trunk.
