Hi Benni!

I've tested it on my Windows installation where I encountered the
problems described in Bug 10571 but unfortunately your patch didn't help
here.

I've tested your patch on Ubuntu with the code I used for testing the
issue described in Bug 10571 and it seems that my Ubuntu's json_encode()
is able to encode the IRRE-form data no matter whether I use your patch
or not.

The only thing I discovered on Ubuntu is that the IRRE-form data from my
example looks a bit weird after applying your patch. E.g. in the field
label "Währung" the umlaut "ä" is not displayed correctly if your patch
is applied. It is displayed correctly without your patch.
