[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #9270 - Editors cannot undelete content elements

Hi

this issue is not solved with the new extension "recycler"
(http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10455)
Tested with 4.3alpha3

Could someone please have a look at this?
