[TYPO3-core] RFC #10371: Feature: Render tabs as ul-li-list in getDynTabMenu()

Hey Niels,

looks good, I like the idea (as now there ain't this line-break in tabs 
anymore), however some things are still open:

* See the screenshot. After I applied your latest patch, there was some 
space between the tabs and the content below.

* What about extensions like TemplaVoila where the tabs are used to fill 
the whole width. Anything that we can do there?
