The patch doesn't apply cleanly to 4.1, attached a 4.1 version:

- The misc/phpcheck/incfile.php declares an own t3lib_div class in 4.1
(changed by Ingo in r2266, 2007-04-27 for 4.2). I don't think we must
port this special case back to 4.1. I removed this hunk completly in
attached 4.1 version.

- The "LOGOUT" part in typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_fe.php doesn't
exist in 4.1, removed hunk.


Another test in trunk, 4.2 and 4.1 created fe, be and install tool
cookie paths correctly.

If nobody objects I will commit to 4.1, 4.2 and trunk in 24 hours.
