[TYPO3-core] RFC #9400: Integrate jb_status_code in the TYPO3 core

Hey Ernesto,

we also should state in the NEWS.txt that we integrated this new feature 
in the core, then we can update the wiki pages "Extensions for the Core" 
and we then we should also contact the Extension author to set his 
extension to deprecated once 4.3 is released.

Agreed?
