[TYPO3-core] Ready for TYPO3 4.2.2? What's missing?

Hi Dmitry,

i know some more bugs that are less or more critcal.
But for not blocking fast release i think that these ones can go to 4.2.3 if
we plan to release that end of year.
So i prefer to release 4.2.2. soon as there are some things that can't wait,
i think especially for DAM svn with very imported updates, that will only
work with 4.2.2 and which will hopefully released soon if 4.2.2 is out.
