[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7918: HTMLArea RTE: table width unit default not honoured when width is not set

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
For example, if we have 
RTE.default.buttons.table.properties.width.defaultValue =
then
RTE.default.buttons.table.properties.widthUnit.defaultValue = px
is not honoured.

Solution:
Correct the nonsense.
