:-) no, this name was choosen based on best snooker player for years:
Ronnie "The Rocket" O'Sullivan. He got this nick because he's one of the 
fastest snooker players ever seen (played a maximum break in less than 5 
minutes)

And looking to the frequence of Stanislas' patches, i would say, he's the 
fastest core developer i ever seen :-)
