Imagine one have to release certain news exactly at 9:00 and he depends on it. But news appears 2 hours later. Person may loose a lot due to wrong time. What will he think about TYPO3? Not a big deal? :)

Can you do it? If yes, I am willing to test the patch. If no, we have to solve it the other way.
