I apologize. My error was caused by a non updated session in the second 
browser, the lockIP handling is a bit picky if you change it. Best is to 
change the setting, and then relogin all systems / browsers. This only 
occurs during testing and I think this does not need to be handled in 
the code.

So +1 on reading and testing on your former patch, I do not think we 
should suppress a warning like it is done with your latest patch.
