I (and the RMs before me) do more than what is written there, which is 
why this document also needs an update and which is also why I think 
that the RM is responsible for the whole release and thus must be able 
to overrule everyone in situation were this is needed (rarely 
hopefully). The RM is RM for a reason and you got to have some 
experience for that.
Even I was getting more and more experience for the job by actually 
doing the job...
