[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #7992: rtehtmlarea does not work with Firefox 3 Beta 5

Problem:
Since Firebox 3 Beta 5, if the CE opens on a tab without RTE, then 
switching to a tab that contains the RTE works fine. If the CE opens on 
a tab that contains the RTE, the contents are not displayed, although 
they are after toggling to textmode and back to wysiwyg mode. Also, when 
the CE opens on a tab with RTE and there is another tab, you can switch 
to that tab and back and the editor works.

Solution:
Work around issue introduced in Firefox 3 Beta 5.
