[TYPO3-core] RFC: #7991: Workspace preview is not aware of domain-records

Hey,

This is a SVN Patch Request.

Problem: Whenever you try to preview a page from a workspace (with 
frontend preview flag off) the link which is delivered from the backend 
does not follow exisiting domain-records, it just takes the current 
TYPO3_SITE_URL which is not agreeable if you work in a multi-tree / 
multi-domain environment.

Solution: The patch by Kasper (attached) fixes the problem. The patch 
was tested by me and Daniel Pötzinger.
