[TYPO3-core] RFC: bug #8009 Syntax error in css styled content because appendString cannot handle multiple lines

Problem:
appendString connot handle multiple line strings, therefore after this change:

http://code.typo3.org/v4/changeset/2987

The objetbrowser shows errors, if compatMode 4.2 is enabled.

Solution:
Put string in one line and add a newline at the end of the string which will be 
extnded (see patch)

Notes:
Of course it would be nice, if appendString could handle multiple lines, but 
this is not easily possible...
