Isn't it possible to make a kind of switch in the BE which just disabled 
the enlightend RTE?
Reasions:
+ Many websites don't use other js libraries and it would be said if 
they wouldn't profit from your work and ajax
+ Many extensions which use a js library are not that important that 
they need to work when FE editing is enabled.
