[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5053: imgNameNotRandom on TMENU/GMENU could break rollover behaviour

I didn't test it, but looked at the code which seems pretty logical.
The functionality has been tested by Ralf Hettinger (see bugtracker) and
you, so go ahead!
