[TYPO3-core] RFC: IRRE Patch for RC1

Type: Features & Bugfixes for Inline Relational Record Editing (IRRE)

Changes:
* feature: hide new record link by appearance property
* feature #4838: enabled element browser to be used as selector
	+ enabled group/db fields for intermediate tables
	+ extended internal messaging for checks against uniqueness
	+ changed appearance of specific record titles (foreign_label)
* bugfix #4839: use "size" parameter of parent table for record selector
* bugfix: changed handling of required fields on nested child records

Documentation changes:
Doc Core API, ['columns'][fieldname]['config'] / TYPE: "inline":
Key "appearance", description of "newRecordLinkPosition (string)":
Old: "values: 'top', 'bottom', 'both'"
New: "values: 'top', 'bottom', 'both', 'none'"
