[TYPO3-core] FYI: changed "clear cache" strings to start from upper case

Hi!

According to English grammar all sentences must start in upper case. Those strings did not. So menu frame looked wrong and select box in page properties had a mixture of upper/lower case strings.

Fixed in trunk, patch FYI.
