It seem to be also possible to use setAttribute on "class" and
"className" for compatibility, but this doesn't seem to be needed, as
.className works fine on all known (current) browsers.

Fix applied on TYPO3-4_0 and HEAD.

I have no moderator permissions to change tickets for Core on Mantis
yet, so someone please close http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2874.
