[TYPO3-core] [TYPO3-bugs] Bugtracker & 4.0

Hi folks,

when fixing bugs for TYPO3 4.0, please use the new view "Assigned bugs for
4.0" - I have set that up to select for all assigned bugs which are still
not fixed.

It is my primary goal to have all assigned bugs with product version
"4.0rc1" resolved in TYPO3 4.0, so please think twice before assigning more
to yourself... :-)
