OK so I will commit.

While having a look at the whole changes this morning, I noticed that the
login-screen looks ugly on Opera and IE 5.x

Please everybody, check your stuff better, especially here. Stylesheet
changes should be checked in IE5.5, IE6, Konqueror (=Safari?), Firefox and
Opera. Otherwise you better don't touch it.

The attached patch fixes all open issues which I could find for now.

PS: If anybody has an idea on how to produce round borders in non-Firefox
browsers (dyntab-menu) then please let me know.
