[TYPO3-core] Removing Direct Mail from core

Thanks Stanislas,

next time, please remember to put three !!! in front of such changes in the
ChangeLog, because this change touches the compatibility.

One more notice to the rest of you reading: Stan has also sent an informal
notice to Thomas Esders who is in charge of writing the release
announcement. He will write some words about the whole direct_mail change.
