[TYPO3-core] The way to 4.0rc1...

Hi folks,

as discussed last week in CPH, there are just a few things left todo before
the feature freeze can happen.

Generally, we are currently not able to proceed any further because
Sourceforge CVS is down since 12 hours...

However, I expect it will get back online soon, so please be prepared to
have everything ready as soon as possible. I would like all of you to help
to get the open tasks done, so we can announce the RC tomorrow Monday.

Open tasks should be listed on the Wiki task page, notice that I have added
one task for Julle (according to Karsten, the taskcenter is not working
with beta3!) and one for Stanislas (direct_mail stuff).
