[TYPO3-core] RFC: Versioning fix for mysql 3.23

I think this and my "RFC: MM_foreign_select" patches should be reviewed by 
Kasper before we release RC1. A few other pathes seems to be pending too.

I think this patch is important and my stuff is needed for running the DAM 
without XClasses.

BTW, I think it's better anyway to have a few more days between a beta release 
and RC1.
