[TYPO3-core] Big problem: rtehtmlarea doesn't work in Beta1

I do not think a lawyer's opinion will be necessary for this.

Everything is written very clearly under:

So this copyright notice and other texts must be published with each
distribution of software containing HTMLAREA.

1) Redistributions of source code must retain the above copyright notice,
   this list of conditions and the following disclaimer.

Point 1) will apply for TYPO3.

If you are in doubt just go for the written permission from
interactivetools.com .
