[TYPO3-core] RFC: Name of the default language

As I said it offends some (fortunately not all) people who see other
language names but see "default" instead of their own language. They
want to see something like:
---------
French
German
English
---------
instead of:
---------
Default
German
English
---------

There is no language named "Default" in the world after all.
