Dmitry, you don't have to add all those unacctentd vowels. Simply remove the special translation lines to double vowels. The default behaviour of the transliteration is to remove all accents unless otherwise specified in Tranlsit.txt

Perhaps you can only comment the lines out and add something like this

# Uncomment the following lines to preserve a macro by doubling the vowel (Latvian e-mail style).

So it is preserved in case some future users don't care about Google, but like their macrons.
