[TYPO3-core] Little 1-liner

Description:
In t3lib_tceforms.php it is hardcoded to use ['tx_templavoila']['title'] as label
for the drop-down boxes when having repeatable content elements. As one can use
those feature (repeatable fields) also in normal flexforms I would like to apply
the attached 1-liner.
