[TYPO3-core] RFC: #4031 TYPO3 AJAX Pagetree

This is a SVN patch request.

Branch: trunk
Stefan Regniet and Benjamin Mack have written the patch and I've tested
it. The page tree will be much faster now.



Ingmar Schlecht wrote on the
http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/4.1_Development page that
the AJAX page tree project was postponed, because he didn't have time to
work on that.

P.S.:
A similar bug is still present with Firefox 1.5.0.7 / LINUX and needs to
be fixed in SVN. If you click on a bottom part of a long page tree then
the popup window appears at the top and you have to scroll to see it.
