[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Work Package Listing -- Feedback needed

Hey guys!

I especially like the fact to be able to show how much has been 
sponsored already. Potential candidates will easily be able to spot 
packages they would like to support. Are sponsors part of the file 
documentation of sponsored parts? That might make it also interesting 
for candidates. Not sure though if this is a good idea or not.

Another idea... How about RSS Feeds for this list, so people can easiy 
be up to date.
