[TYPO3-commerce] RFC: Bug #31337: Modifying products for non admins

Hey guys,

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
If a backend user (non - admin) is limited to one language and wants to
modify a product in his language (created by himself) it will not work,
beacause the permissions aren't set right.

Solution:
Use the l18n parent as category for permission checks, see attached patch
