[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Bug: #8096 - chash calculation is wrong

Problem:
Since TYPO3 4.3. the chash is not a shortend md5 hash anymore but got a
length of 32 chars. Therefore the cHashes are calculated wrong in the
menus of commerce. This issue kills caching!

Solution:
Attached patch uses t3lib_div::generateCHash(..) function to create
correct cHash (Thanks goes to Georg Ringer)
