[TYPO3-commerce] RFC Feature: #5354 - basketHashValue Get-Parameter slows down frontend-rendering dramatically

Problem:
There is no way to disable basketHashValue. It should be optional
because many users just don't need this feature and it could lead to bad
side effects.
As discussed in forge maybe there are better ways to implement the
"basketHashValue" functionality, but that is another issue ...

Solution:
Attached patch introduces new TS Var "dontUseBasketHashValue". Default
will be to use the basketHashValue as we all are used to. (thanks goes
to Matthias Krappitz)
