No, the translations have gone into the language files of TYPO3 4.x in
the folder typo3conf/l10n. This has been necessary due to a bug fix for
too much memory usage.
But how is it possible to upload those
typo3conf/l10n/de/sr_feuser_register/pi1/de.locallang.xml ... files into
TER ?
