[TYPO3-bugs] Hide files/dirs such as .svn in filelists

Hi

We've switched our TYPO3 development to Subversion recently and ran  
into some issues with ".svn" folders being displayed i.e. in filelist  
or the extension manager.

I've written a patch (against 4.1.1 and 4.1.2) that defines  
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['file_ignore_pattern'] which is then applied  
whenever a directory is read in the TYPO3 core. You find all the

My first try was writing an extension, but I couldn't archive this by  
use of hooks and XCLASSes.

It would be very helpful, if this patch (or another solution) made it  
to the distro at some point.
