[TYPO3-bugs] solved but still openend bugs?

Hi Martin,

I closed all bugs. Since you are the reporter of them, I would expect that
you are allowed to close them, but apparently this doesn't work.

To keep track of such issues, I have now created a new category
for "bugtracker" bugs and would like you to report the behaviour in there.
