Hi everybody,

I just found the problem and solved it.
The settings under "Workflow Transitions", section "Access Levels" were
wrong. I fear this had something to do with a very minor change I tried
some days ago (which I rolled back on that day again, so I thought I
didn't change anything)

So, everything is working again, sorry for the confusion... :-(

PS: Dodger just told me he wants to do an upgrade to mantis 1.01 this
