[TYPO3-t3uxw] FYI: Topbar in pagetree cleaned up

Hey,

I just wanted to let you know that I cleaned up the topbar in the
pagetree (as some kind of motivation :_) ):

The icon alignment is still not really nice, but at least it is usable now.

Additionally, when dragging new pages, the page type and icon is now
displayed inside the tooltip:
