[TYPO3-t3uxw] Add UX/UI issues for T3UXW09

Hy Folks,

I just got a little wish :)

Search for small UX/UI TYPO3 issues and add them to Forge!
 >> http://forge.typo3.org/projects/hci/issues/new

  - Ask your colleges in the company to help you :)
  - Ask your clients to hand in some "pains in there asses" :)
  - Ask your mom to change some stuff in TYPO3 and learn from it :)
  - ...

We need a pool of issues to select the important
once for the T3UXW09. I'm not able to do this all
alone in the right quality and amount. But we all
together are able to make this well.
