[TYPO3-workflow] workflow: feature request

Hi!
I would like to know, whether it's possible to change the default
behaviour of workflow. I would like to grant all users all rights via
default (in list > BE users) and then limit the rights again via DB
Mounts and special rights management in workflow (like workspace does it)..

Then i would like to know if it's possible, to use versioning and
workspaces for workflow, instead of the special sys_folder that workflow
creates (for storing new elements)? This would make workflow and
workspace much easier to install and use combined.
